White Shrimp 6 Shrimp
Cream 230 g
Saamkler - Tepa Thai Trio 9 g
Shoyu 5 g
Sugar 4 g
Onions (minced) 8 g
Salt 3 g
Spaghetti 260 g

How to Cook

1. Clean and deshell the shrimps and boil in boiling water for 20 seconds.

2. Mix the cream, shoyu, sugar and salt together in a mixing bowl.

3. Heat oil and add the minced onions and stir fry with Saamkler and add the seasoned cream to medium heat then add the cooked pasta and shrimps. Stir well and taste.

4. Bring off the heat, add ebiko and mix well then plate your dish.
