Minced Pork Balls

Another easy recipe that both kids and adults will love. It is very easy to cook and can be enjoyed with just about everything.

Ingredients

Minced Pork 300 g
Saamkler - Tepa Thai Trio 25 g
Oyster sauce 10 g
Light soy sauce 5 g
sugar 5 g
Green Cap soy sauce (optional) 5 g
Minced onions (optional) 30 g 5 g

How to Cook

  1. Mix Saamkler, Oyster sauce, light soy sauce and sugar together.
  2. Add the mixed seasoning to the minced pork (and onions if adding) let it marinade for 10 minutes.
  3. Shape the mixed pork into balls of your preferred size and fry on medium heat until brownish golden

(we recommend not to make the balls too big and press the balls down to an oval shape so its cooked through and through)
