Ingredients

Pork Lion 200 g
Saamkler - Tepa Thai Trio 25 g
Oyster sauce 12 g
Dark Soy Sauce 3 g
Green Cap soy sauce (optional) 3 g
sugar 4 g
coriander garnish
Fried garlic garnish

How to Cook

1. Slice pork to desired size (recommend 0.5cm) 

2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the Saamkler to the oil to bring out the aroma and taste of the paste. Stir fry the pork until cooked.

3. Season (in the pan) with the rest of the seasoning (garnish with coriander and fried garlic).
