Thai Grilled Pork Neck

Pork Neck 400 g
Saamkler - Tepa Thai Trio 35 g
Oyster Sauce 40 g
Sugar 10 g
Soy Sauce 10 g
Green Cap soy sauce (optional) 10 g

How to Cook

  1. Add all the seasoning to the pork and marinade for 1 hour.

2. Grill to cook (airfryer 180 degrees for 15 minutes each side).

3. Slice to smaller pieces to serve.
