How to Cook
1. Clean the shrimp; using a small knife, cut a shallow incision along the top of the shrimp all the way down to the tail. Use the tip of the knife to lift out the vein in the shrimp. Discard the shells only on the body, keep the shell on the head. Pat the shrimps dry.
2. Fry the shrimp in oil to cook then set aside.
3. In another pan add a bit of oil, minced garlic and saamkler and stir till the aroma is activated. Add the rest of the seasoning to the pan then add the fried shrimp to the sauce. Make sure you fully coat all the shrimp with the sauce and that’s the dish done. You can garnish with coriander and fried garlic if preferred.
