How to Cook
- Heat the oil and add garlic, saamkler and chilis, let it cook for a bit then add chicken and stir until cook.
- In the pan season with sugar, oyster sauce, salt and mix well. Add the spring onions then turn off the heat.
- Plate and garnish with fried garlic.
