Chicken Breast (diced) 200 g
Saamkler - Tepa Thai Trio 13 g
Red Chili 1 Chili
Sugar 1 g
Oyster Sauce 5 g
Salt 1 g
Fried Garlic Garnish
Spring Onions 10 g
Minced Garlic 2 Cloves

How to Cook

  1. Heat the oil and add garlic, saamkler and chilis, let it cook for a bit then add chicken and stir until cook.
  2. In the pan season with sugar, oyster sauce, salt and mix well. Add the spring onions then turn off the heat.
  3. Plate and garnish with fried garlic.
