Thai Shrimp Scramble Eggs

Ingredients

White shrimp 8 shrimps
Saamkler - Tepa Thai Trio 5 g
Spring Onions (optional) Garnish
Eggs 2 egg
Oyster Sauce 4 g
Butter 10 g
Sugar 5 g
Fried Garlic (optional) Garnish
Carnation Milk/ or cream 30 g
Salt 1 g

How to Cook

  1. Deshell the shrimp and pat dry. Fry the shrimp in a pan and cook it medium rare.
  2. Mix Saamkler, eggs, oyster sauce, butter, sugar, milk and salt together 
  3. In a frying pan and a bit of hot oil add the mixed eggs and stir it to cook. As the egg hardens add the shrimp and stir. Make sure you don’t over cook the egg. Turn of the heat and add spring onions and fried garlic to garnish.
